Potatoes and Cabbage CasseroleVery yummy! Needs a little salt though. I recommend adding some to the cabbage when pre cooking it. I will definitely add to favorites!

Orange-honey Glazed CarrotsThis was super easy and oh so yummy!!! I cooked the carrots a little bit longer because I made this for my daughter but man what great flavor! Also I only had fine grain sea salt so I used less than the recipecalled for. I figured it's easy to add if it needs

Pasta CarbonaraIt was a bit on the dry side. I had to add a bit of milk and butter to make it creamier but the flavor was pretty good.

Steve's Mushroom, Spinach and Ground Turkey LasagnaBest lasagna I've ever made! My husband finished the entire pan the first time I made it. He couldn't get enough! This is now a regular recipe in my house.
