Grilled Roast ChickenWe like it. This makes enough rub for 5 chickens. Just used the last of my first batch of rub.

General Tso's ChickenThe wife really liked this recipe. I like a lighter sauce than this makes but it was very good. I used lite soy and the next time I might cut the soy sauce a little bit. As the previous reviewer mentioned it isn't clear what to mix the cornstarch with to thicken the sauce. I used about a 1/3 cup of water and it worked fine. You could also mix with that leftover pineapple juice if you want it a bit fruitier.

Chicken SatayThis came out real good. I took the easy way and cooked on the gas grill. It should be cooked over a wood or charcoal fire like they do in Singapore.

Peanut Dipping Sauce (Satay)I have had Satay in Singapor and this is close but not quite. Seemed a little bitter. I will make it again but try a little honey in it.

Vintage Hamburger GoulashThis is a great tasting goulash. I went a little heavy on the chile powder, added some garlic powder and a small can of mushroms. It came out very spicy and extremly tasty.

Popcorn BallsI learned as a kid to pop popcorn in a large sauce pan 1/2 cup at a time with just enough crisco to halfway cover the kernals and about 1 tsp of butter. It's an art. A fine hair is when you stick a fork into the boiling mixture then remove it and a 4" or longer wispy hair forms where it drips off the fork. [I posted this recipe.]
