Date Balls From AngelettI was a little skeptical about this recipe, ,but it is delicious to take a frozen ball of goodness out of the freezer. I used unsweetened coconut and it was plenty sweet.

Old-Fashioned Buttermilk SyrupThe poster did not joke about needing a large pan to cook this recipe as it triples in volume. This is a very delicious syrup in which the sweetness of the caramel flavor is perfectly balanced by the tang of the buttermilk.

Alton Brown's GranolaVery easy to make and one of the better tasting granola recipes I have tried. Next time I will use dried cranberries instead of the raisins.

Tom Ka Gai (Thai Chicken Coconut Soup)This is a refreshing creamy soup. My husband doesn't care for the taste of coconut and he loved this since it has a very delicate taste. This will be added to my favorites.

Oreo BallsThese are always a big hit at gatherings. Freezing the balls turns them a wonderful gooey consistency. Be careful how large you make them in order to limit the calories.

Spicy Granola (no oil)This is a delicious alternative to some of the other high calorie granola recipes. The cayenne and chocolate combo is amazing! Also my kids say it is too spicy so I can eat it myself.

Tennis TeaThis is an incredibly refreshing drink. I used lipton's peach passion tea bags to up the flavor. This beverage is on the sweet side so the sugar can easily be reduced.

Banana EggnogGood way to use some ripe banana. I omitted the maple syrup and it was plenty sweet. May be heated briefly in the microwave if concerned about salmonella.

BEST soft herb rolls for busy cooks!Fantastic smell while cooking. The dough seemed very dense while mixing and kneading, but rose well during baking. I was very pleased with the finished product

Lebkuchen (German Gingerbread)This recipe does not include sugar yet it is clearly called for in the directions. I had to guess an amount so I added 1.5 cups. The dough was somewhat crumbly when I first mixed it, but after letting it rest overnight in the fridge, it had a fantastic texture and I was able to roll and bake my cookies with ease. Next time I will try adding less sugar, but otherwise this was by far the bEst recipe I have tried for gingerbread cookies. I did not ice them since they already had a lovely flavor.

Thai Grilled PizzaMy husband was amazed by the fantastic flavors in this recipe even though he typically despises the flavor of peanut butter. I will definitely be making this again as an easy 10 minute meal

Jamaican Jerked Chicken FajitaMy entire family loved this. I didn't have the specified rub so I substituted a rub I had on hand and added some allspice to make it a little sweeter. The lime sour cream was amazing!
