Velveeta Hamburger and Noodle CasseroleI second the person who said the recipe has too many noodles. Seems like it can be really good if you find the right mix.

Baked Potato FrittataI don't even have a Frittata pan, and it still came out pretty good!

Pasta CarbonaraI second MamaBre.

Sausage, Egg & Biscuit Casserole with Sage GravyInteresting recipe. The sage gravy really brings it together. Makes a lot too. I expect this to last me most of the week.

Chicken Noodle CasseroleI used Doritos instead of crackers. Came out pretty good.

Jan's Chicken PastaIt was ok. Not great, not terrible. Curry and cheese don't seem to be a great combination in this dish. It seems to be missing something, and I'm not sure what that something is.

Creamy Chicken, Bacon and Tomato Pasta (12)Really good recipe, and easy/quick to make. Two nit-picky suggestions: 1. Replace water with milk on this step: "Add bacon, tomatoes, cream cheese, water, salt and pepper." 2. To the people that say it was bland, you'll want to season the chicken before cooking.

Oreo-stuffed chocolate chip cookiesPretty good. Not as epic as I was expecting, but still pretty good. For some reason, they took a lot longer than 9-13 minutes to bake for me.

Deluxe Cheeseburger Melt (light Recipe)There is a similar recipe on this site. I like this one better because it incorporates cream of mushroom soup.

Grilled Chicken Fettucine AlfredoCame out (almost) perfect for me.One suggested change: leave the making of the sauce until after the chicken and the pasta are done. Once you have the cream and butter to a boil, add the salt+pepper and immediately mix recipe together. Leaving the sauce on heat ANY longer than necessary messes up the sauce. Other than that, great recipe and easy.

House of Chaos Spaghetti PieThis recipe is great! One of the best I've encountered on this site, and I didn't even use any of the green pepper. It is pretty easy to make at that.

Cheesy Chicken and Rice BakeGood recipe for the most part, but needs a bit of altering. First: I only used 3/4 cup of water. Second: 45 minutes isn't enough for uncooked rice. I would use 1 hour as a starting point. Also as a pro tip, ALWAYS season meat first when using most recipes on this site. I noticed quite a few that don't explicit tell you to.

Chicken Enchiladas with a twistPretty good recipe, and easy as well. I will try a little less milk in my recipe as others have suggested to make the "sauce" thicker. FYI, the cheese should take about 10 minutes to melt at 350.

Classic Tuna Noodle CasseroleIt's OK. Not bad. Not great. It is easy. I just think there are better tuna casserole recipes on this site that are almost as easy.

3 Cheese Chicken Penne BakeVery good and easy to make. I would think it is fairly healthy also (because of the spinach)...

|
Bacon Cream Cheese Tuna MeltGood recipe, but you don't need a whole cup of shredded cheese. In fact, there is not enough space to put this much cheese on only 2 slices of bread. You're fine with about 1/2 cup.

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay BiscuitsI used one of those cupcake pans, and they came out PERFECT! Tastes close enough to the Red Lobster version to me...

|
Twice-Baked Potato CasseroleDecent/good recipe. As the description says, this recipe makes a lot. Seemed a little on the bland side to me. Could use more spices (i.e. chives etc).

|
Cinnamon Bun PancakesRecipe gets minus points for not indicating how much flour to use. I used a cup of flour, and they came out ok. I suspect I needed a little more...

Spaghetti con Sugo di Tonno (Spaghetti with Tuna Sauce)Worst recipe I ever encountered on this site. I literally had to throw everything I made away.
