Ground Beef StroganoffSuper easy. I had to add quite a bit of water to keep it from being too thick, but i am also at high altitude. I also added some beef bouillon for more flavor. Will make this again!

Chicken Alfredo Roll-upsThis recipe is so delicious! Very filling so I had leftovers which also taste good reheated. The sauce is terrific.... Way better than store bought Alfredo

Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot PieDelicious! I've made this twice now. Perfect comfort food and super easy. I used two cans (mix or match any "cream of") soup. Frozen veggies cook just fine. A lot of taste i think comes from the chicken. Thaw two chicken breast, flour them, brown on med-high with olive oil in skillet on each side then cook covered on medium for 15 minutes. Tastes rotisserie-ish. :) Don't forget salt and pepper!
