Southwestern Slow Cooker Chicken & Potato SoupMade this exactly as the recipe says, and it seemed...ok. Added some crushed garlic as another reviewer suggested, and let it simmer longer, seems more flavorful. Perhaps when I heat the leftovers I'll also thicken the liquid to make it even more of a stew vs soupy.

Twice-Baked Spuds with Goat CheeseMade this along side the filets with Shiraz sauce as a side dish. They turned out rich and creamy and were enjoyed by my guests. Personally, I think the recipe could use a bit more heat...next time I'll try it!

Boneless Pork Loin Roast with Herbed Pepper RubMade this last night and my entire family loved it! Juicy and flavorful, perfect blend of seasonings. Sliced just what we were going to eat last night and left the rest in one piece so that I could reheat it tonight. To reheat, I sliced in half inch slices, and simmered on low heat in a skillet with a bit of broth just until heated through. Just as juicy and flavorful tonight as it was yesterday, THANKS for a great recipe!
