Italian Meatballs (a "foodwishes" Recipe)These are great! This was the first time I'd ever made meatballs and they're awesome! I mixed ground beef and ground turkey for mine. Very tasty :)

Classic MeatloafReally delicious! I made this last night for my husband and me and it took longer than expected to get our 3 month old daughter to bed so it sat on warm in the oven for a while after it was done. I was sure it was going to be dry, but it was still perfect! I made a glaze of ketchup, honey, and brown sugar for the top and put it on about 40 mins into cooking.

Oven Fried ChimichangasI made this for my husband and me for dinner tonight and it was delicious! I didn't have cooking spray so I just brushed them with vegetable oil, and I made a cream sauce to go with it (light cream cheese, minced yellow onion, teeny bit of salsa, cumin, and salt), and it was great! I also shredded the chicken after having marinated and cooked it in a grapefruit, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil mixture. Gave it great flavor and kept the chicken incredibly moist.
