Penne Pasta with Lemon SauceLove this sauce! It is a little thin but i usually saute and add 1/2 onion, 1 sliced bell pepper, fresh spinach and mushrooms. It makes a very hearty meal and looks beautiful with the colors of the bell pepper and spinach. I also add fresh Parmesan cheese either on top or mix it in right before serving. Sometimes I will grill chicken and put it in also. Very yummy!
