Very good, just make sure you have the correct amount of salt! Remember you can always add water and salt, not take away...

Stuffed Bell Peppers

Stuffed Bell Peppers

this is a great recipe but I use a can of tomato soup and mix it in a bowl with some brown sugar and then pour some of it into the meat and rice mixture and pour the rest over the peppers after they are stuffed. It is really really good!!

I found it is all about having the right amount of salt and not adding to much of the water when blending the broccoli. Otherwise it was surprisingly really good.

this was not bad at all. I really liked it, I think the cream would make it better just not as healthy!

Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot Pie

I would make this again but i think that spicing up the chicken is a key part. I cooked the chicken in small cubes and used Emeril essence spice mix since it was on hand. Used frozen peas and corn. Added the one can of cream of chicken soup and almost a full can of cream of mushroom. With a bit of water. Salt and pepper of course too. I also doubled the bisquick and milk. I didn't use all of it just made sure it was covered equal all over the top. I think this would be really good with left over rotisserie chicken. I like to use it in my arroz con pollo and now I am glad to have a recipe to use up the left over chicken!

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

these were very good, I cut the amounts in half since I didn't want to make that many cookies. A little more work than I thought but not bad, they were worth it. I usually do slice and bake...
