Bourbon ChickenThanks Ladies!! I actually ended up using the Pre-grated ginger in a tube... It turned out FANTASTIC!! It's sort of like a General Tao sauce... Sweet and spicy :) Mine was a little extra spicy, but we like hot stuff... 5 stars for sure!!!

Crock-pot GranolaVery convenient prep... Just wish I hadn't put the raisins in during the cooking. It was my first time making granola ever and I chose this recipe because it seemed so easy and little mess. I didn't know that the fruit didn't go in to cook... Although my hubby said "oh hun, even I would've known that"... So, the raisins are burnt and it gives that flavor throughout the granola :( I could pick them all out (which is a definite possibility) but ill eat away at it til it's gone and know better for next time.

Dutch Sugar Cookies - roll outWell, the dough was tasty, lol!! Just waiting for the chill time to be done... Not so much a fan of chill time, BUT, if these cookies are half as good as the dough tasted, they will be worth the hour break before cookie cutter fun!! I'll keep you posted!!

Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownie BarsEasy easy to prepare:) made a few changes in that I took out the peanut butter chips and milk in the cheesecake topping and added sour cream and kaluha ... And strong coffee to the brownie base... It's in the oven now!! Fingers crossed it turns out!!

Twice-Baked Potato CasseroleThis was very tasty!! I agree with another poster in that the egg to potato ratio needs more potato or less egg... Mine turned out a little on the wet side but it was delicious none the less!!! I bet it would be tasty made in a crust too:) I will be making this again:)

Pineapple Upside-Down CakeOk, I made this the other day as a little something to take to work (yay night shift, lol)... I tweaked it up just a bit by adding some toasted coconut to the pineapple layer and instead of using pineapple juice (because I only had fresh pineapple and no juice) I used mango smoothie juice that I had in the fridge... I made it into large cupcakes instead of a regular cake for individual servings... I made 12 but surprisingly only 10 made the journey to work with me, lol!! Hubby discovered them;) Well, they got rave reviews from my coworkers!! I topped it off with ice cream but it would've been great with whip cream too... This recipe will remain in my favorites!! Super tasty and moist

Banana Chocolate Chip BreadI made this recipe tonight and it turned out perfect... In fact, I think it's the first time I've ever made a perfect banana bread:) its not heavy, it never fell, its a beautiful golden color... Like I said, perfect!! Now, to be fair, I made some changes like some others who sent in reviews, but nothing spectacular... I omitted the chocolate chips because I made it for my hubby to take to work and the guys at the firehouse don't really like too many additions (ie if it's banana bread, it should be banana bread, lol) and I added 1/8 c ground flax just for a little added nutrition:)

Easiest Pumpkin Muffins/Bread/Cookies EverHoly WOW!! I cannot believe how easy these were to make!! I added a little milk to the mixture because I like a moist muffin... I also added some cinnamon and nutmeg too... I put raisins into the first dozen and semi sweet chocolate chips in the second dozen... These turned out fantastic!! Really moist and tasty! I only wish I had a better idea of how much nutmeg I should've put in cuz they are a little strong in the nutmeg department, but on the other hand, I love spicy!! I am wowed and I'm hoping my hubby will be too;)

Christmas French ToastSounds divine and I'm going to make it for breakfast this Christmas morning :) but I do plan to add cinnamon sugar all over the top and I'll probably add some nutmeg to the egg mixture :) can't wait for Christmas!!!!!!!

Best Ever Blueberry Coffee CakeOk, update!!! Seriously, the BEST cake I've ever made!!! Foolproof and super delicious!! I paired it with Maple-Blueberry sauce (found here on Big Oven) and it was a match made in blueberry heaven!!!

Garlic - Parmesan Crusted Pork ChopsVERY tasty!! It took a lot of dishes to prepare (thank goodness fir my dishwasher!) but well worth the initial mess :) served it with potato salad and corn, yummy!! I think I will be making this again :)
