Thanks for the review, it made me laugh =P because to be honest I'd considered reducing the red pepper flakes as written many times but...as over 300 reviewers claim the spiciness is spot on I was deterred. Especially at the review this week that said "My 8 year old son wanted the leftovers for breakfast."! I usually recommend reducing the pepper flakes to 1/4 teaspoon for pepper lightweights and children though ;)
