Chai-Spiced Butternut Squash Soup with Apple CreamI thought this recipe was very poor. The soup was bitter tasting, runny, and I ended up pouring it down the drain. While some people may like the savory-sweet combination, this recipe was just too bizarre in its marriage of flavored for my taste.

Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15)While this recipe sounded great and appeared to be simple, the stuffing was soggy and stuck to the foil, the chicken was rubbery and the broccoli was bitter. I think it would be better as a casserole with a partial bake on the stuffing first and a baschanel sauce.
