Lamb - Slow Roasted Lamb Shanks with Garlic and RosemaryOne of the best things I've ever made. Used all local ingredients from the farmers market, 2 fresh lamb shanks, fresh rosemary, thyme and garlic to make this for dinner for my boyfriend and I and we were both blown away. The neat just fell off the bone! Simple, easy, fool proof and amazing flavour!!! Will be making lamb this way from now on

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter CookiesAmazing recipe! Simple and easy, all the ingredients are cheap and most you probably already have at home. I added only about half the sugar the second time I made these and they taste just the same :)

Rosemary CarrotsLoved it! Used fresh rosemary from the farmers market and added some minced garlic to make this as a side dish for dinner with my boyfriend. We both loved it, very easy! Smaller pieces work better and cooking time to tender was closer to 15-20 mins
