Crockpot Rotisserie ChickenI followed the recipe but then I added some additional spices, a lemon in the cavity, and rubbed garlic butter under the skin. I cooked it on low for about 9 hours. It was so tender all the meat came right off the bone! Will definitely make again!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork BarbecueThis recipe was fantastic! I added 1/4 cup of yellow mustard and a few dashes of worcheschire to the bag and let it marinate with the dry rub all night. Then in the morning I put the butt in the crockpot and added 1cup of apple juice and a few dashes of liquid smoke. 10 hours later I drained the juice, shredded the pork and added my BBQ sauce. Cooked for 2 hours and served on toasted hburger buns. Fabulous!
