Strawberry and Rhubarb MuffinsTasty. I would add more strawberries next time. Used apple sauce in place of the oil.

Campanelle with Broccoli Raab, Sausage & OlivesI didn't care for it too much. Olive dominated the dish and the different flavors didn't work well together. That said, my toddler loved it, especially the broccoli raab!

Lemony Lentil SoupI wouldn't change a thing! Very yummy. I plan to always have some on hand in the freezer.

Garlic - Parmesan Crusted Pork ChopsNext time I'll use less salt in the rub. I browned the pork 2 min a side in the pan, then cooked them in the oven for 12 min on 375 degrees F. Removed when firm to the touch and set aside to rest for minutes tented under foil.
