Easy Roast Lemon Pepper Chicken & PotatoesThis is soooooo awesome. I didn't have lemon pepper so used lemon juice and added more spices. I also added squash, courgettes and whole garlic cloves. It's so yummy and really really easy to put together. Thank you so much for sharing!!

Thyme Chicken and Rice Skillet DinnerThis is fantastic. I'm always looking for one pot recipes to save time after a long day at work. Not only is this easy and cheap to put together it's also five stars for nutrition! I used frozen vegetables and brown rice instead but it was perfect!
