Buttermilk PancakesHad some leftover buttermilk from making cornbread. Wow, yummmm, these buttermilk pancakes finished it off perfectly. So good, I'll definitely make these pancakes again!

Baby Back Pork Ribs with Barbeque SauceFirst time making ribs and it was awesome. Easy to make too. Only thing I substituted corn syrup with agave syrup and used half the required amount and reduced all vegetable oil by half.
