Green Bean Almond RiceI made this for a party and even the kids ate it and raved about it! My friends ate it all! They even ate it cold. It was incredibly easy to make too. I had most of the ingredients in the kitchen already. Now all of my friends think I am some sort of incredible chef even though I know almost nothing about cooking.

Pasta Fagioli (by Emily Ruisi Stanco)It tastes just like canned tomatoes perhaps because the recipe calls for so many of them. Why so many tomatoes? It's gross. What a waste. It took a lot of hard work to make this, but I will have to throw it all away.
