carrot cake with cream cheese frostingMade it with brown sugar and maple syrup and added chopped walnuts. Square pan worked better for me. Also instead of icing sugar, i used maple syrup and 1 tsp extra cinnamon in the frosting. I left out the pineapple. Also try pumpkin instead of carrots vety yummy

Hot German Potato SaladNice recipe. I am from Germany. May I suggest instead of just plain water.. Add beef bouillon cube or granules to the water. This will give it a fine flavor and you may omit the salt if the bouillon has salt in it. Yummy either way :)
