Habanero Salsa

Habanero Salsa

a simple to make salsa with fresh ingredients. Once you know the basic ingredients, you can alter your herbs and habanero heat to your own desire. We enjoy Habanero Salsa with almost anything in our family--remember fresh is best, and if you can allow the salsa to chill for and hour or two, the flavors blend excitably, but if you can't wait, go ahead slap in on your favorite meals IE eggs, fish, grilled flank steak and more.

Mango Mousse

Mango Mousse

I live in Florida and can obtain Mangos, if your are having trouble finding them, try with peaches. I love the smooth and creamy texture. My husband enjoyed this very much. Very easy to make and once chilled and set makes a beautiful presentation for any occasion. Top with whipped cream and fresh mint.

Garlic and Rosemary Green Beans

Fresh is best! I have an herb garden, and rosemary grows abundant in my florida zone 9. I make this side dish, and by adding rosemary and garlic to this colorful green vegetable makes it a perfect choice to go along with baked italian style chicken, or grilled veal chop.

I saw your review on the green beans with rosemary, and when I saw fresh is best, I laughed, I say that all of time. It is best and you realize it when you grow your own herbs and or vegetables. Just thought Id share. LOL
