Chicken Pot PieMade this for a friend who knows her way around a pot pie... She said it was the best one she ever had. The only thing I changed was adding a salt free all purpose seasoning. It was everything in it. I use it all time.

Berbere (Ethiopian Hot Pepper Seasoning)1 1/4 cup Cheyenne? I only used two tablespoons. I thought that was perfect. I could still taste the other spices with a good kick of heat. Anymore and not sure if I would be able to use it. I do like heat. But I still like to taste other things. Good starting recipe though.

Ethiopian Flat Bread (Injera)This recipe was very tasty. It doesn't taste like traditional Injera that I have had. But for not wanting to buy it at Whole foods (made locally) and unable to find Teff flour great alternative. Really need all the water to thin out the batter but I will totally make this again. It is not sour like real injera, mostly because it is not fermated.
