Bacon wrapped chickenExcellent. I've made these several times and they are always a hit. Instead of toothpicks, I recommend you put 4 to 5 on a long skewer and place the skewer across a baking pan so that the wrapped chicken doesn't touch the pan. This way the bacon cooks evenly. Also use regular or center cut bacon because thick cut takes too long to cook.
