Mix and Match CasserolesI use gluten free pasta and I find I need to only bake it for about 50 minutes instead of an hour and ten.

Easy Hamburger StroganoffWay too much sour cream. It needs more meat/substance for the amount of sauce. Maybe some tweaking to make this ok.

German Cucumber Salad #1Very good cucumber salad!

Ham CasseroleAs it stands, the recipe is bland. I added about 1/2 an onion, 1/2c peas, 2 pieces of celery, and a few mushrooms. I also spiced it with salt, pepper, and cayenne. I topped the casserole with crushed crackers for texture. Without the add-ons I wouldn't have enjoyed, but with this is good for a quick dinner.

Fresh Egg Pasta-Gluten FreeI used this to make ravioli. The only change I had to make was to add an egg yolk to my 3 eggs as it was a bit dry. The dough held together quite nicely!

Brownie Like Rolo CookiesVery good! I made these gluten free and for some reason I only needed 2.5 cups of flour instead of 2.75.
