Baked HalibutVery good! Instead of halibut, used cod fillets. Turned out great which is a major kudo because I'm not a fish fan! Very mild fishy taste...especially when served with cocktail sauce on the side. Thanks for posting! My fish loving husband is thrilled I found a recipe I'll eat ??

Easy Vegetable SoupVery good and nice presentation. Next time will change recipe to be two cans of broth instead of one. Also, couldn't find California vegetables so used frozen "Soup Vegetables" instead. Tasted great! Thanks for posting recipe!

Cheesy Scalloped PotatoesVery good! Took the various reviewers' advice and used seasoned salt and garlic pepper in place of salt and pepper. Will be adding this to our fav recipes list. Thanks for posting!

Tilapia ParmesanMy husband LUV'D this recipe. I'm not a seafood fan, but even I kinda liked it. Did have a little problem browning the cheese mixture--finally just gave up on the browning and served it. Worked fine.

Cola ChickenEasy recipe and chicken turned out very tender! Next time will try using BBQ sauce instead of ketchup--little too bland and sweet for us. Thanks for submitting!

Hi Linda! I read your comment about my halibut recipe (had to look it up since I'm making it again today). I just wanted to recommend another fish and recipe to you. I have been eating swai a LOT lately and it's VERY mild and cheap! It only comes frozen because the only place that it lives is Vietnam. Anyway, I make it using my Tilapia Parmesan recipe and I haven't had anyone make a single negative comment about it, ever! Think about giving it a try!
