Wow! It’s been a few years since I posted this simple little recipe. I appreciate your responses and sharing of your experience with it and am happy that it is working for you. As many of you have discovered, this recipe is a base which can be built upon. It can be a fun and yummy experience to add different flavors into the mix. I loved reading that you’re creating your own variations. For tasty, crispy and delicious results, I’ve found that as long as the chicken is coated with a liquid item that contains enough fat to “fry” the dry items in the oven you can really add anything you want to either bowl. Combining different flavors in the liquid and dry items creates endless opportunities to serve something new and delicious that was made with ease. Look for things you already have on hand. For the wet ingredients I look for things that pack a lot of flavor. Stir a heaping spoonful of horseradish, mustard, minced garlic or honey into the ranch dressing. The dry ingredients
