Pepper Rubbed Pork ChopsI've made this a few times. It's SO fast. SO easy and SO tasty!! One of our favorite. We made this with a side dish of "mushrooms in garlic butter" from Big Oven.

South Beach Diet Chicken Pasta SaladMy fiancé made this a few months ago and we've made it a few times since. Very good recipe. We've added chopped jalepenos too (2) and chopped cilantro. We also use a little less mayo. This recipe makes WAY more than 4 servings!! We use the left over for lunches during the week.
