Caramelized Baked ChickenI used chicken legs and thighs for this recipe. I don't think I got the full effect of the flavour as I don't eat the skin, but what I did get was very yummy! My husband loved it so much we had it 3 nights in a row! Definately try this one

Honey-Glazed Pork ChopsHave made this twice now and my husband-to-be loves it! I used muscavado (??) sugar because it was all I had in but it worked great. Lovely sweet flavours. Instead of serving the juices on top I added them to onion gravy and served with mustard mashed potatoes. Definitely a winner and a new favourite for us.
