Simple Cucumber SaladSo tasty! My son wanted to do a mini family fish fry for his bday dinner, I was looking for something fresh and crisp to go w the fried fish, onion rings, hushpuppies and fried potatoes. This was an awesome addition! Thanks for the recipe!

Ziploc OmeletsThis is a great breakfast while your on a float or camping trip! I've put them together the day/night before and kept them in our cooler. All u need is an old pot, river water and tongs! Super simple! Who doesn't love a hot breakfast in the woods!
