Quick and Easy MeatloafMade this last night - one of the best meatloaf recipes I have tried. I used 1 lb turkey & 1 lb beef. It was very good and made A LOT!

Easy Cube Steak DinnerI made this last night. It was very good. The meat was tender and made just enough "gravy" to put on the egg noodles. My kids and hubby liked it, too. Definitely a keeper!

Cheesy Chicken SupremeThis is great served with mashed potatoes or rice! It also makes plenty of sauce, so the amount of chicken can be increased to feed more people. [I posted this recipe.]
