Mexican Chicken-corn ChowderAbsolutely delicious cream based soup. Fabulous flavor and has just enough of a Mexican flavor with the chopped chilles. It is now one of my favorite recipes and it's quick to make up. Serve with hot buttered sourdough break and salad. Great meal that everyone will love.
