Gnocchi and Chicken SoupThis soup really doesn't taste like OG's soup, but it is okay. It needs salt or the flavor is off. Also with all that half and half the calories posted are not accurate.

European Street Style Beer Cheese SoupMy husband loved the soup. We used a dark Leinenkugel beer and sharp WI cheddar. Next time we will find a really aged cheese to make it even tastier. It is a rich soup and pairs well with sourdough bread. Perfect for our WI taste.
