Sweet and Sour ChickenTo me it taste just as good as the thai restaurant's plate. My entire family loves it. I add garlic to this recipe as well and occasionally some chili garlic sauce for kick.

Southern Fried ChickenI have tried so many different recipes trying to find a good crispy fried chicken and when I stumbled upon this one, my search was done. The Chicken is crispy yet very moist. Taste better than many restaurants I've been to. I'll occasionally buy boneless chicken and make little tenders or nuggets with this recipe for my kids and then love it. It is definitely their favorite. I originally thought that the amount of hot sauce it asks for was too much but it's just right. Sometimes if I want to add a little kick, I'll add extra. Definitely recommend it.

Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15)This is absolutely delicious. I like to season it all with garlic powder and parsley flakes. I have also started substituting brown rice for the stuffing and adding diced red potatoes. It is definitely a family favorite in our home.

Aunt Evelyn's MeatloafThis is the best meatloaf I've ever tasted. My son is a picky eater and he actually asks for meatloaf on a regular basis now. I'll occasionally make it with ground turkey and it taste just as awesome.

Mini French Toast CupcakesThese cupcakes were really delicious. After tasting the frosting I was afraid that it might be too sweet, however it was balanced out by the cupcake itself. My kids loved them.

Zucchini BreadMy family was craving something sweet but not candy-like and this bread was perfect. It had just the right amount of sweetness and was perfect as a desert, snack, or breakfast bread to accompany coffee. I used the altered recipe for 1 loaf and made it into mini bunt cakes. Over all was about 15 mini bunt breads. I have tried several zucchini bread recipes but really enjoyed this one. Will make again.

Cinnamon Apple Crumb PieThis was the first pie I had ever made and it turned out beautifully. The recipe was easy to follow and the pie was absolutely delicious. My family loved it.

This is a delicious pie. My family absolutely loved it. It was the first pie I had ever made before. I did have some problems getting the cookies to brown but there didn't seem to be any thing wrong with it when I did take it out and once every tried it, there weren't any complaints.
