What's for dinner?

	Bourbon Chicken Great flavor but a tad spicy for us. Will cool it down a little next time. Well worth trying on Wednesday, January 04, 2012

	Roasted Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemary Did these with your chicken recipe as suggested. Very good results and mixed well with the sage butter sauce flavours. Well worth trying. on Monday, January 02, 2012
	Parmesan Crusted Chicken Very happy with results. Found the sauce too runny so added a table spoon of corn flour. Also did the potatoes and they were great. Only issue was that the whole meal was time consuming and fiddley to prepare otherwise great. on Monday, January 02, 2012
	Fluffy Pancakes Perfect. As described, both light and fluffy. Topped with ice cream and chocolate sauce as a desert... A big hit at our house. Made 7 of what I would call medium sized pancakes using quantities listed! on Sunday, January 01, 2012
