Crockpot Rotisserie ChickenAbsolutely wonderful! I did not use the foil balls. I stuffed the cavity with rosemary sprigs, chopped onion and crushed garlic cloves and rubbed the skin with olive oil, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. The chicken was fantastic and I made gravy with the juice. This is going to be a regular dish in my house from now on.
