Carne Con Papa (Cuban Beef Stew)This was so good my family said it was one of the best things I've made. Left out the green pepper, dry white cooking wine & oregano because I didn't have them, put everything in the crockpot & let cook for 6 hrs & mmm! Mmm! Good! Thanks so much
