Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches (Crockpot)The family loved it! Will definitely do it again. Btw/fyi- franks red hot makes it a tad salty. My son ate his 3rd slider on a biscuit and rated the sandwich 5 thumbs up-ha! Awesome!

Caramel Apple Pork ChopsLoved it! It took about 40-45 min start/finish making the dish...in one dish, but it was great! I made 9 small/med sized chops, cut up 4 Johnathon apples, and tripled the 'sauce'. Even my parents who've owned restaraunts like it a lot. PS - I did omit pecans due to an allergy but I'll definitely sneak it in next time! Served with rosemary new potatoes and salad. Evereything took 1 hour tops. THANKS!

Mexican Pork ChopsMy family loved it but I did play doctor. When I browned the pork I sprinkled Kickin Chicken seasoning, chili powder, and onion powder over the chops. I used Knorr Spanish rice, 2 C water, and salsa instead of tomato sauce. I cooked for 45 min and it was great! Thx!!

Finger Lickin Good Pork ChopsIt was good, I put in a little less water because of some of the comments and it turned out way too thick. The kids didn't care for it because of the thickness. I'll wait a month and try again. Note to self, next time follow the recipe.
