Tater Tot and Hamburger CasseroleWill not make again. Husband and son didn't care for it as much as I didn't and they usually eat anything.

Baked ZitiDelicious. I used Prego Mushroom sauce and it was fab! Leftovers were even better.

Anita's Chicken and DumplingsFANTASTIC! Only comment is that if you use less chicken breasts still use a little more water than covering chicken as it boils away quick with the dumplings. This will be a new regular in our home. Everyone loved it!

Grilled Chicken Fettucine AlfredoSo good and easy. Only changes were that I used 3/4 box of fettucini instead of full 8 oz box. Good thing too bc I think it would have been too dry. AND I added broccoli... Also just topped with chicken did not mix in. Absolutely delicious. Not to rich but fillin.g

Bourbon ChickenI love bourbon chicken. This did not taste like bourbon chicken. Was more of a Szechuan flavor. That said, it was mediocre. I halved the red pepper and still had a little heat. Also halved the vinegar. Myhusband and son liked it, but no one loved it. I will keep searching or real bourbon chicken. My husbands description was "different". And it was. The fried rice I made on the side helped to enjoy the meal more.

So sorry the recipe didn't work for you! Yes. the recipe is 'different' from commercial/mall Bourbon Chicken (Which is why I call if Bourbon Street Chicken, a Southern, not Asian dish). Also the ingredient lacking that you are missing from the fast-food dish is MSG, which I never use due to the heath risks it entails. I apologize no one in your family 'loved it', so glad almost 15,000 people on Big Oven do! =)
