Crockpot Potato SoupI made this soup yesterday and loved it! I had to add salt and pepper, to taste, and then added a few dashes of hot sauce, to bring out the flavor. My husband really liked it, too. I'm hoping it freezes well, since this recipe makes so much.

Sour Cream Apple PieMade this pie today for my son's birthday. Although I wasn't that crazy about it, my family all seemed to really like it. Too tart for me! I might add a little more sugar next time.
