I tried the recipe on Sunday. I used a full rack which was about 2.5 pounds. I did a few things differently: I seasoned the meat with the rib rub the night before and set in the fridge overnight. I put a teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar at the bottom of the crock pot and set the ribs on top. In 8 hours the meat was falling off the bone and the meat was so tender! I topped with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. I will make this again!
