Teriyaki Beef or ChickenIt was really easy and quick recipe.. Plus it was delicious. I made a ginger sauce with the left over marinade.. It was perfect over white rice.

Lemon Artichoke ChickenGreat recipe. I substituted butter with oil and kept the chicken warm and burned off the extra oil in the oven.
