Salad with Blueberries and Dried Apple ChipsVery nice salad. I made a oil and vinegar with blueberries and pomegranate and tossed with salad before the apple chips.

White Bean Chicken ChiliHusband thought we would be ordering pizza until he tasted it. Then he told me I could make it again. I thought it was missing something so i added corn and 1% milk. Next time I'll add fat free sour cream for the dairy.
