Oven Fried ChimichangasAs others suggested, I added black beans to chicken mix and instead of cooking spray, brushed ob melted butter with a lil taco seasoning. They were great!!!!

Zucchini Apple CrispI used 2 and 1/2 cups of flour and next time I will use even less. Also, I used margarine, I think butter would have made the crust better. Other than that it was delicious!! Would have liked the final topping to be a little more crumble like...

Oreo Cheesecake CupcakesI cut the recipe in half and it made 20 cupcakes. They were a great hit for my father in law's birthday! I used sour cream, but next time I want to use yogurt.
