Fish: Halibut with Garlic and HerbsGreat one. I doubled the garlic because we love garlic and used a mix of parsley and cilantro. Also, because we are in a low sodium diet, we took out the salt and sprinkled with pepper and paprika. I am going youse this one again for certain!

Really Good Tartar SauceGreat. I subbed nonfat yogurt for the mayo and it still tasted great.

BEST soft herb rolls for busy cooks!Fab! I made these and they were so simple and quick prep. I added 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and used crushed chilis, Tuscan seasoning, onion powder and garlic powder as the seasoning. Then I put the rosemary sprinkled as a garnish. Great!

Easy Pita BreadYummy but my pitas did not open I may have not let it rise long enough though. They are great for pizzas and sandis too I will make it again.

Falafel, Vegetarian StyleGood but be weary not to over blend. Also I made a double portion and was cooking all night. Mine did not turn out too crisp. I may try again but with some tweaks.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy ChickenMy hubby loved thus and I did too! I added 1 extra Tbsp if garlic chili sauce. It was HOT but we like hot. I used left over sauce on meatballs as a dip the next day - fab.

Mustard Dill Yogurt SauceGood I also added 1/2 tsp of both garlic and onion powder, a dash of hot sauce and lemon zest plus 1/2 lemon juiced. I am using it in a falafel recipe ummm!
