Deep Dish Apple Pie with Brandy Pecan Crumb ToppingTakes a while to make but it comes out great. Even my mom liked it and she doesn't care for apple pies. It might have been the nut topping that got her.

Brown Bag Apple PieWasn't sure about the paper bag in the oven but it worked great. Easiest apple pie recipe and came out great. I had a bunch of granny smith apples so I made two for Thanksgiving. I made one by the recipe and one with brandy. Both were great. Be sure to spoon the apples into the pie crust or it could end up soggy in the bottom.
