Mushroom Barley Soup with Sausage and SpinachVery good! Very fresh! This will become one of my quick, easy go to recipes for fresh soup on a cold winter day! Great flavors!

Simple Spinach and Red Bell Pepper PastaGood recipe! I would add more spinach, onions, either fresh thinly sliced tomatoes or fire roasted tomatoes with sliced Italian sausage over the top. I added a small amount of crushed red pepper and that took it up a notch.

Heirloom Turkey Soup with Wild Rice and MushroomsI forgot to mention I altered the recipe slightly by adding one ounce of s---aki mushrooms and one ounce of porcini mushrooms! We are mushroom lovers! This made for a more interesting mushroom flavor.
