Very simple and delicious. I added a few extras such as orange pepper and fresh onions and basil.

Pork Chops (tender, Oven-baked)

Pork Chops (tender, Oven-baked)

Next time I will only dredge in flour and see if it's any different. Will not dip in egg then flour. It leaves a film on the chop that falls off when it's picked up/ cut. But side note: very nice and tender and flavorful when added extra seasonings.

Chicken Pot Pie

Chicken Pot Pie

Used short of 2 cups of broth. I used a 14.5oz can but added one of the knorr concentrated homemade stocks. I also added dill, sage and parsley along with the S&P to taste. I tasted it before putting it in the oven incase changes needed to be made. Salt and pepper never does it for me.

Moist Banana Cake

Moist Banana Cake

It didn't cook all the way through with time posted. I cooked it a little bit longer on lower temp so it didn't keep browning. I also didnt have sour cream so i dissolved the baking soda in greek vanilla flavored yogurt. Will make it again

Beef Casserole with Creamy Cheese Pasta

Beef Casserole with Creamy Cheese Pasta

Kind of bland. Next time I'll spice it up a bit. Adding more seasonings and probably using a different tomato sauce next time will make it more flavorful. On the side note: very good and easy besides that.
