NOT all recipes are meant for everyone. If you have a question or comment about an ingredient or a recipe it can be posted on a recipe without rating it. And while I respect everyone's opinion, if you decide to rate a recipe (good or bad it doesn't matter) it would really be helpful if you actually tried the recipe first. I don't mind constructive criticisms. That's how we grow and improve ourselves. But when you have not actually made the recipe, your criticism is baseless and therefore worthless.
