Southern Fried ChickenI will make them again but next time cut the chicken in half so it cooks quicker and add less salt. The salt ruined then. Without as much salt they would be lovely so watch this space for my next comment. Think it will be a star one

Roasted Sweet Potato WedgesWhen I did the mix and had a taste I have to admit I had my doubts but when they had finished roasting they tasted amazing. Will be doing this one again for sure.

Baked Macaroni and CheeseIt was very nice but don't know if it was how I cooked it but it was more like a pasta bake than mac and cheese, think it was the eggs. It was still very nice though and I will be making it again
