Stuffed Peppers(cont'd) I used the small can tomato sauce to mix in with the beef and rice mixture, but used the larger can to mix the italian seasoning to pour over the tops. I also added a tiny bit of water to keep the sauce in the pan from drying out and keep the bell peppers moist.
