Cobbler (Berry, Peach or Apple)Even though I used 4 medium-large apples, it still seemed like there was too much dough, especially around the edges. With either more apples or more careful placement, this should be a really yummy dish! LOVE how simple it is!

Garlic Roasted AsparagusI am not a huge fan if asparagus but I couldn't get enough of this... No bitter taste at all! Soooo yummy!!!
